Privacy Notice
This page is maintained by the Stewardship initiative to answer common questions about how information is handled here. Last updated: July 2026.
What we collect
The public Stewardship website is intentionally light-touch. At present:
- Assessment answers. Your responses to the Stewardship Pulse are stored in your browser's session storage. They are cleared when you close the tab and never sent to a server in this phase of the site.
- Forms. Nominations and newsletter sign-ups collect the information you type in. In this phase these forms are display-only placeholders and do not transmit data.
- Basic technical logs. Our host may record standard access logs (IP, user agent, page requested) for security and diagnostic purposes.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
- We do not run behavioural tracking or third-party ad pixels.
- We do not attempt to identify anonymous visitors.
Assessment results
The Stewardship Pulse is a reflection tool, not a diagnostic instrument. It does not assess mental health, moral worth, or fitness of any kind. Your results are for personal reflection only. If a question raises something heavy, please speak to someone you trust or a qualified professional.
Cookies
We use only the minimum storage required to run the site — for example, keeping your assessment progress across a page refresh. No advertising cookies.
Future phases
As Stewardship expands to include accounts, saved results, community stories and the full Diagnostic, this notice will be updated in plain language and you will be told before anything about how your data is handled changes.
